The single storey villa has an area of about 100 m2 and a beautiful view over Lake Viñuela and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace there is a swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views. There is also a barbecue. The site is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate. The car can be parked in front of the villa.

The living room has two 2-person sofas, IPTV and a fireplace. From the living room through the arche to the semi-open kitchen, which is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, all cooking utensils and sufficient cupboard space. The dining table is in the living room with, thanks to the large windows, a fantastic view of the pool, the mountains and Lake Viñuela.

The spacious bedroom 1 has a double bed and spacious fitted wardrobes. From the bed a beautiful view of the mountains around Viñuela. That's nice to wake up to! It has also got air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be put together and wardrobes. From here too, a beautiful view of the mountains around Viñuela. Also air conditioning in this bedroom.
The (small) bedroom 3 has a double bed.

The necessary linen is available in every room (sheets, (beach) towels).

A baby cot can be placed on request. A highchair is also available.

The washing machine is outside. There is also an extra refrigerator.
