Not very safe.

Front door broken and security chain snapped. Chewing gum stuffed in the spy hole. Balcony door fully broken unable to close or lock. Apartment extremely hot when I arrived. All radiators switched on full heat.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host ignored all communication, flat had no toilet roll, only one towel, no forks, washing was still in the washing machine, balcony door was damaged and would not close leaving a gap around the door frame. Front door lock didn't work so it was not possible to secure the premises, freezer was all frozen up, looked as if there was stil something in there, but didn't dare look - we left and booked into somewhere else - now trying to get a refund which is a very complicated process. Vrbo customer service very polite, but absolutely useless, kept saying we'll contact the host, but they had no response either. Had to pay when we left the car park too, as no idea if the host had activated the free parking.
