Charming typical Portuguese townhouse, complete renovated, located in one of the quietest streets in Lagos´ historic centre.
This lovely three bedroom is three storeys. In the ground floor there is one bedroom, one bathroom, a cozy living room with a breakfast kitchen and a small terrace at the back. In the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms where one is an en-suite. The main kitchen and dining area are on the top floor where there is also the main terrace which has a magnificent view.
The house from the outside looks like a typical Portuguese townhouse but fully renovated inside, keeping the traditional beautiful structure. A pleasant surprise when entering, you immediately get a warm feeling.
The house is situated in a quiet, residential street within the historical centre. A 5 mins walk from all the shops, cafes and restaurants and just 150m from the beach!

Lovely house in a good location
The house was in great condition and well equipped with everything you are likely to need and more. A great balony on the top floor. It is in a hilly part of Lagos and not easy to access by car plus the house is spread over three floors. A reasonable degree of fitness is needed.

La maison est très bien située, décorée avec goût et équipée comme il faut. La vue sur la mer est agréable mais on regrette également la vie sur le balcon d'à côté. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de prise dans la salle d'eau de la suite parentale. Enfin, beaucoup d'humidité notamment dans les chambres dû à un manque d'aération
