This condo sits in front of the main building & has a two-sided balcony that offers an extra wide view for sunsets. Spend your evenings on the balcony & enjoy a beverage as the sun sets over the horizon.

The kitchen with elegant granite countertops & chic tile backsplashes features highly upscale appliances, including Viking Professional oven & cooktop, Sub-Zero refrigerator, & Samsung microwave & dishwasher. Keurig & traditional coffee makers are both available. The dark wood cabinetry & trimmings are custom-built to fit this space. The sculptural wood dining table with starburst veneer is matched with Herman Miller Nessel Chairs. These designer chairs are works of art if you know your woodworking. The living room has sleek & contemporary furnishings. The sleeper sectional features a chaise & memory foam mattress. The 50" Samsung Smart TV lets you watch shows & movies via streaming apps like Netflix. The master suite offers a luxurious king-size bed, private bathroom, & 40" Samsung TV. The plush memory foam mattress by Nora provides excellent support & pressure relief. You may also appreciate the convenience of a separate full bath, NEW washer/dryer, & bunkbeds in the hallway for children or additional guests. With enough room to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, this stunning condo is the perfect place to spend your next family vacation.

With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs & an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.

At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful golf course, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart and bike rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

Perfect location!

Welcome into unit was amazing - lights on, music playing - so wonderful and inviting We enjoyed the property very much Minor issue with Alexa and the oven but resolved quickly and efficiently!! Due to cooler weather we were looking for an additional blanket on bedding. Fantastic beach and amenities

I will say the one thing I did not like is they charged me 50.00 dollars to check into the room less than an hour early I have never had an experience where a place tries to charge people for something Like that. I would have waited to check in but we have a small child. Even with that considered though this is a nice place and I would go back.

I don’t know much about the property management because they were available to us. Glad nothing went wrong. I would ask question and I wouldn’t get reply until the next day or 8-12 hours later. But the Condo was absolutely amazing, we loved it. It was up to date and fancy lol.... Had a blast!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival to resort the code to get into our room did not work. That took almost a hour to resolve. Once we got in the condo we could not open the balcony door. We also noticed that there was mold in the hallway, bunk area and master bedroom. Requested a new condo or a refund but was told we could not have either. We made the best of our vacation but it limited our children being able to sleep in the bunk area. Spoke with the office associates several times and got no resolution.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are spot on and it's not a bad place to stay for a week or two. In my opinion it could use some updating. It may have had a coat put on recently but it was very average paint job and whoever was painting was in a hurry. They did remove electric plates or switch covers and painted around the furniture. The furnishings was older and the living room furniture was not comfortable. The TV in the living room has some issues but once you figure it out it is ok. I would say the kitchen was the nicest part of the condo. The location of Majestic Sun is a perfect spot. I visited several other condos during our stay and felt they was much nicer. That being said I would say for what we paid it was not a bad deal. Next year I will step it up a bit.

Perfect Getaway

We are glad to see that a few items were updated this year. There are a few things we would change and the most important is the oven! There is no description anywhere on the oven and it's so difficult to use with no idea what the temp settings are or how to turn it off. This is a very frustrating experience. We also noted that the toilets were only given a "surface" cleaning. There was dark black residue around the inner rim of the bowl that was visible when the lid was lifted and by halfway through our stay the black residue was leaking into the toilet and just looked gross. Knobs in the kitchen were a little sticky. We hope these things could be improved, because we would love to stay again. We love having the washer/dryer in unit and also appreciate the umbrella and chairs that we were able to use at the beach.

Patio furniture needs replacement. 2 dustpans but no broom to sweep the sand. Prefer a bedroom with a view rather than next to the walkway. The complex was good except they did not have any staff on site. Someone was tossing water or some liquid from the balcony on the beachside exit on people exiting to the beach. Waited an hour for security which never arrived. Others were smoking on balconies which is prohibited but no enforcement.

The only issue was couldn't was around when we first go there due to sand being unseen on the floor but felt. Also glass door top lock was a little difficult to open . I loved the setup to include that awesome fridge if I could get one like it it would be spot on.The neighbor's around must have not got the memo about quite they slam doors like they had no home training about how to close it quitely and banging on wall it was ridiculous. Other than. That it was just wonderful. Would book again and pray for quite neighbor's.

Always a good time in Destin

Condo was quiet most of the time and only the loud banging of doors from other condos or people passing by to get to the elevators are the ones you hear during your stay. Unit was clean. Lots of seating are and plenty of space for our family of 4. The comforter set in the room are old, prob time to get a new one. Bed was comfy and we slept good during our week stay. Pls bring all your spices and cooking ingredients as this condo strips off all other vacationers leftover ingredients or doesn’t provide them prob due to Covid. Also bring laundry detergent. The kitchen needs new sharp knives and more cooking utensils. Other than that, it has everything you need. The beach chairs also needs to be replaced as they are very old and rusted. The beach umbrella is new so it is perfect and helped us having shade down at the beach. We had a wonderful time as usual in Majestic Sun, this is our 6th time here and will definitely be back!

The second shower is pretty useless because water just goes all in the floor. But overall a very nice room with updated items throughout.
