Outstanding and bright two bedrooms apartment fully rebuilt in one of the most popular and lovely neighborhoods in the city: Las Letras. Next to Atocha Station and the Triangle of the Art (Prado Museum, Thyssen Museum, Reina Sofía Museum and Caixa Forum). Near every local point of interest (both cultural and leisure spots).



The apartment consists of a large living room with three balconies facing the street. It has two bedrooms, both with a double bed and one of them with a dressing room. A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower complete the property.

A wonderful property! Such a cool design style and well located. The apartment seemed larger than we were expecting and is very comfortable. Highly recommend it and would stay there again without question.

Room for improvement

It is a great apartment in a choice location but the attention to small details was lacking e.g it would have been nice to have some information on restaurants, local area, maps etc: kitchen items like paper towels, soap in bathroom (it ran out), pepper and salt, cooking oil; better lighting, hooks in bathroom and bedrooms (nowhere to dry towels) and get rid of rug in living room (dangerous as it slides)..: instructions for tv and heating.
