Amazing VRBO

This was the last stop of our tour of Spain and we had stayed at many verb's and hotels and this was one of our favorite. Extremely roomy and the beds were amazing.

This place was perfect for our family of 5 - me and my husband, two adult children and a fiance. Three comfortable bedrooms and three very nice and not cramped bathrooms. Only a few blocks from both the Callao and Gran Via subway stations. The view out the living room windows was a lovely old church and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The interior was very clean, modern, attractive and well-stocked. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, towels, pillows for all of us. We really appreciated all the nice touches that made our stay more comfortable like a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, electric tea kettle, etc. Highly recommend!

Great weekend stay

We were a small group, one couple and 2 friends so the facilities were perfect with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A very spacious, clean apartment. We didn’t eat in but it appeared to have everything required for preparing a meal. Great stay.

There is nothing like staying in heart of a big city, the location was on point. The apartment was so spacious and we loved the kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out and relax in between adventures. Very helpful hosts as well. We enjoyed our staff, thank you to such wonderful hosts !

Nice unit, well located

This property was “as described” and we had a very nice stay. Location is very good in that it is just off the Gran Via but generally quiet. We had no real issues other than an initial problem with the air conditioning. The management was responsive in addressing the issue (filter was completely clogged and needed a thorough cleaning). Kitchen very modern. We had six adults and two young children in our party and that size group can be accommodated.

We love this apt. Location is great. Apt is very spacious. It's the 2nd time we stay at the same apt. This time we had an issue with one of the showers that leaked into the apt below, so we couldn't use it. Other than that, all the rest, the apt is great and we love it.

Excellent apartment. Could not ask for more as to location, cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. Everything you need is within very short walking distance. Everything about this rental was perfect - Katherine was supper efficient and provided us with local suggestions, not to mention, the location is so close to everything! The apartment itself is perfect for the Madrid heat, every bedroom has their own AC/shower which is extremely convenient. The spacious open layout and kitchen make it perfect for spending time with one another and preparing meals. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to those looking for the perfect place to stay in Madrid.

Great apartment in a good location

The apartment was within walking distance of all major sights so mass transit and taxis were not necessary. The apartment itself was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, everything you might need for cooking was provided, and having three bathrooms was a plus. When you’ve had enough tapas, there is a very good Chinese restaurant next door.
