This gorgeous 2 bd/1 bath spacious apartment is in the heart of Alameda. An easy walk to the beach, South Shore shopping center, and Park Street restaurants and shops. A short drive to multiple ferry transportation locations (Alameda, Harbor Bay, & Oakland) takes you to the San Francisco ferry building, Oracle Park for Giants games, and to the Chase Center for Warriors & Valkyries basketball games. Other transportation choices are the direct buses to San Francisco from Alameda and a short drive to multiple light rail stations on the BART system.

The residence is on a quiet street. Accommodates up to 4 people comfortably. No pets, sorry!

This home has a stunningly remodeled bathroom and kitchen featuring modern finishes throughout. Perfect for families on vacation or if you are interested in exploring the bay and need a place to stay.Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and television set. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Air mattress is available and pack and play for infants. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen.

Living room area with a cozy couch, easy to use fireplace, premium cable TV, wifi internet access throughout property. Shared laundry washer and dryer in basement. Shared backyard deck (access through second bedroom). Street parking only.

4-Night minimum stay. $150/night with a $10/person charge after 2 guests. Security/damage deposit is $200. Cleaning fee is $130. Weekly rate is a 10% discount. Monthly rate at a 20% discount. Feel free to message if you have more questions.

Amazing location, thoughtful owner

Jillian and the home were fantastic. We stayed for two weeks, the bathroom and kitchen are modern. The towels are plush, linens are clean, beds are comfy. We literally had everything we needed. They even left amazing flowers for us in the entry way upon arrival. When we come back, we will be reaching out for another reservation!

Perfect for a family with kids

We had a lovely stay, perfect place for small kids (age 3 - 4), we were pleasantly surprised by the provided toys, games and other amenities.Only downside is parking: there is no onsite parking (only item listed that is missing) and street-parking can be hard to find nearby at most times.This didn’t affect our experience at all though. Would recommend!

True to Its Word

It really was "a perfect place in Alameda"! The unit was spacious and immaculate. The host made us feel welcome with so many personal touches, including fresh flowers in the hallway, an array of snacks in the kitchen, and wine in the refrigerator. We walked to nearby Park Street and the beach. It was a perfect location!

AMAZING! The perfect place!!

Any amenities that you can think of was provided. After a long plane trip, it was so nice to arrive to refreshments. There was nothing that was lacking. Very clean, very safe and super comfortable. I will never stay any where else next time I am in the area. Less than one mile to the beach and less than one mile to Park Street where there were several great restaurants. Super walkable, too. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Omg what a great place

This was probably the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel the world because I used to work for an airline). The host stocked enough tp, paper towels, napkins for our stay as well as a few weeks worth of coffee! Plus it was cool and shaded so during the heat waves we were fine. Plus the beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked and the tv big. Walking distance to everything. Marvelous, simply marvelous.

Great time in Alameda

We were in town visiting my dad at a senior living facility and needed somewhere to stay for five days. We could not have been happier with our VRBO rental. Everything was better than expected and the house was very well equipped and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and probably will. The owner was very quick to respond to a couple of my questions. We has zero issues.

Perfect Home Away from Home on Alameda

This property was exactly as advertised! Jillian keeps a very clear binder of instructions, and is very responsive to messages if you can’t figure something out. Plenty of space to settle in while we visited our son who works on the island. Kitchen was stocked with water and snacks and coffee and even a bottle of wine. Great laundry in the basement. Didn’t really use the back patio this time, but we enjoyed sitting out in the front yard in a sunny evening. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is in an excellent location, close to the beach and walking distance to the wonderful and quaint downtown area on Park Ave. The accommodations are perfect! This place was perfect for our family of 4. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Park St where there is lots of food options and boutique shops. Family stay for 5 days. Location is great. Short walk to cafes and shops, beach. Hosts had the kitchen stocked with snacks and treats and coffee. Good kitchen with plenty of pots and pans etc. Nice bathroom with supplies. The highlight is the gas stove and recliner sofa in the living room. Cozy and relaxing. Two of us worked while here, WiFi was good. Overall a thoughtfully put together comfortable place.

House in Alameda

It was a wonderful stay. The upstairs apartment where I stayed was nicely furnished, and generously stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to a major shopping mall. Will go back next time I am in Alameda.

Home away from home!

This property was everything described on VRBO. Lovely, comfortable, great location, walkable to Park St. shops, South Shore shopping, etc. It was a perfect home for us while visiting family! Spotless, well-equiped. Can't wait to visit again!
