A few steps from the beach, this is the perfect holiday home for a coastal escape with family and friends!
Walking up the front garden path you enter a small storm porch. The front door leads into a generous porcelain-tiled entrance hall. Doors, on the left, lead into the light and airy spacious kitchen and dining area, ideal for socialising over long lazy lunches around the table, with high ceilings and a porcelain tiled floor with a Jotul wood burner. The dining area has fabulous views from the bay window looking out to the uninterrupted sea views and the pier.
The back of the room is home to a state-of-the-art kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, a central island houses the integrated dishwasher, wine chiller and double sink. There is also a double built-in fridge / freezer, a 5-ring gas hob with a large electric oven below, a steaming oven and a separate combination oven / microwave with a warming drawer below. Bespoke units run along the walls giving ample space for crockery, glassware and your groceries.
Along the hall, there is a large under-stair storage cupboard, a coat / shoe cupboard and a cloakroom with a bespoke WC and sink. There is also a utility room / boot room perfect for beach wear, or muddy boots, with a washing machine, dryer, butler sink, clothes hanging rail and storage cupboards, with a door leading out to the garden. At the end of the hall is a generous-sized, light and airy lounge with an L-shaped family sofa, 4-seater sofa, chaise longue, smart TV and modern Jotul wood burning stove. Doors lead out into the garden which is part paved part artificial grass, with shrubs and garden furniture.

Bedroom / Games / TV room with built-in bunk and cupboard storage, window to the side of the house Bedroom 2: Built-in bunk beds with a wooden ladder and cupboards / storage Bedroom 3: Good size bedroom with super king bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and 2 side tables. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail. Sash windows looking into the garden at the back. Bedroom 4: Another spacious super king with a wardrobe, 2 side tables, chairs and a chest with a large bay window looking out to the sea and pier, very generous tiled ensuite with a walk-in shower, butler sink, WC and heated towel rail.
Second Floor: Bedroom 5: Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 side tables and window overlooking the garden. Third Floor Stairs lead to the third floor where there is a spacious dressing area with built-in wardrobes and drawers, and a bespoke tiled bathroom with a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.
