Elegant 2-bedroom apartment located in the center of Prage

This modern apartment is a great spot to start your Prague adventure. You`ll find plenty of traditional Czech pubs, restaurants, and cafés nearby. There are five restaurants, a bakery, a pastry shop, and a 24/7 mini-market right on the street. Despite being in the lively city center, the apartment is surprisingly quiet.

You can walk to Old Town Square and the Prague Jewish Quarter in just 10 minutes, and Wenceslas Square is only a 5-minute walk away. It`s the perfect location for exploring Prague like a local, with easy access to public transportation and the main train station.

The apartment is spacious, with room for up to six people. A baby crib is available upon request for an additional fee of 15 EUR per stay. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance, so we can ensure everything is perfectly arranged for your arrival. There`s a large living room with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet with a washing machine and dryer.

We take cleaning seriously, especially during these times. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after every stay, including sanitizing surfaces to keep you safe.

During your stay, you`ll have everything you need:

Toilet paper

High-speed internet

After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.

Check-in starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in depends on availability.

The apartment uses a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out depends on availability.

Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication will primarily take place via the platform used for booking.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.

Follow all instructions for trash disposal and use of the apartment’s appliances.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the provided emergency number. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 250 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
