Luxury living in the heart of Old Town next to the Old Town Hall and Astronomical Clock (see the front door view photo).

Completely renovated, fully equipped apartment on the 3rd (top) floor of the historical building 'Melantrichova 20'. Seven large windows brighten the space with sun. Spacious living room with a kitchen unit, large master bedroom, guest bedroom, each with king size bed and two luxurious bathrooms can accommodate up to six adults. All the amenities for even the most demanding guests, including FREE wireless internet, heated towel bars etc.

Enjoy enchanting views on the red roofs and archways, Tyn Cathedral towers, check your time with the Old Town Hall clock from the apartment door. The apartment is in the heart of action, yet very quiet, with great number of restaurants, boutiques and shops in the immediate vicinity; 5 min. to the Charles Bridge, 3 min. to Wenceslas Square and subway station, 5 min to Old-New Synagogue and Old Jewish Cemetery; within minutes (walk) of all the major theaters, concert halls, museums and variety of entertainment. The fashionable Parizska Street with luxury brand name stores is just across the Old Town square, 2 min. away. Well equipped gym and swimming pool are at the nearby Hotel Intercontinental (5 min). The largest downtown shopping mall Palladium with cinemas is 5 minutes walk, the market on Havelska Street 2 minutes.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please close all the windows and turn off all the lights.
Kindly put the thermostat down to 17 degrees Celsius. The thermostat is located above the TV in the living room.
Take out trash into the Garbage room (marked by label) in the passage of the building downstairs. The key to the iron gate is the same for garbage room. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
In case of late night check-in after 9:00pm (21:00) a late check-in fee may be collected in some cases (700 CZK/30 USD).

Great apartment in Old Town Prague!

We had a short weekend stay at this lovely apartment in Prague. The host are very helpful and responsive. Check in was very easy. The apartment was clean and as described. It is very centrally located and walking around town from here was easy. We highly recommend this apartment.

In the Heart of Prague

Great apartment, steps from everything, but quite and peaceful nonetheless. The apartment looks just as good in person as on-line. Check in check out were very smooth.

Spacious and well equipped

The place was spotless. There were adaptors for phones and other devices. We didn’t notice that there was no AC. The location was perfect, where we could walk everywhere. Loved the place!

Nice apartment. Very clean. Rodek who met us and let us in was very hospitable. Dana the owner was accommodative and easy to communicate regarding early checkin and other questions. I wish there was a small counter microwave, and soap/shampoo supplies available upon arrival in addition to access to Netflix on the tv. Great place. We would stay again. Thx

Great location if you want to be in the heart of the tourist district.

This is a lovely 4th floor walk up apartment in the heart of Old Town. The hosts a great to work with and the apartment is well-appointed with amenities! Even though it’s in the busiest tourist area (around the corner from the Astronomical Clock and the Hard Rock Cafe), the apartment itself is quiet. The street and square outside, however, were crammed with tourists in April. If this isn’t your jam, you might want to look outside of Old Town. But if you like to be in the middle of the action, this is the spot for you!

Awesome experience in Prague!

We had such a great time at this apartment. Everything was as pictured. The location was fantastic - we could walk everywhere! The manager kept in touch with us, arranged a ride from the airport and to the train station. Check in and out was easy. They went out of their way to help. When our flight got changed to a day early, they still picked us up at the airport and drove us to our old town hotel. The recommendations for food were excellent. A five star review!!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Prague

The apartment was modern and large, and we enjoyed its comfort and location. Just steps from our door was the clock tower. We were centrally located and could walk to all major sites. My first time to Prague and it was as lovely as described Hosts were outstanding. From the time of booking they were in communication and sent info on maps, sites of interest, transport and local restaurants. They offered to arrange pick up/drop off from the airport and the driver oriented us on maps and instructions on washer/dryer etc As described there are two flights of stairs to the apartment. The location was quiet and restfuk

Great location and rental with some caveat’s.

We loved the apartment and its closeness to old town square. We hated the grueling climb up 72 steep stairs to arrive at the apartment. Hard enough to climb these steps but with heavy luggage it was very difficult. So if you are elderly or out of shape, take this into account. There is no elevator. There is also no air conditioning and this trip was fairly cool and rainy so not really needed but when it gets hot I imagine it would be an issue. There are fans available and windows can be opened but we were awakened every night with people celebrating very loudly. The ice hockey playoffs most likely had something to do with this but again be aware. The two bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were great. Having laundry facilities was great. Lots of kitchen utensils but we did not want to carry anything other than water upstairs. There are tons of restaurants nearby and the food was very good. People were friendly and most spoke good English. You cannot beat this location but we would not stay again without an elevator. All four of us are over 70 otherwise it most likely won’t bother the younger crowd. We enjoyed everything about our stay and highly recommend Prague.

Perfect location for seeing lots of Prague's main highlights. The tram stop was close by so that made it easy to get to the Castle, Petrin Hill, and Strahov. The Mlejnice was right in the back alley and had great food. We discovered the alley exit that takes you to Hooters and easy access to the street market. Petr picked us up from the airport and explained the apartment to us and recommended places to eat. The hosts are great communicating. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family spent 4 wonderful nights in Prague at this charming apartment. The location was super convenient and remarkably quiet despite being in the heart of Old Town Square. The apartment is a modern and spacious space in an excellent part of town. We could (and did) walk everywhere. Dana and Monika communicated clearly and were helpful. Lots of info provided about the area in the apartment. Petr greeted us and showed us around. He also was available to provide us with a ride to the airport which made everything so easy.

Amazing Prague

This property was exactly as described. We would stay here again.It was very hot and the fans provided were not enough to keep us comfortable. The host should consider portable air conditioning units for the hot months.

Really nice, well appointed apartment with great views in a fantastic location just steps from Old Town Square in the heart of old Prague. The owners we're very easy to work with and accommodating regarding check in. I highly recommend this property. However, just know there are quite a few stairs, so be prepared.

We would like to share this special place with you - it is truly in the most amazing location, with all the Prague’s biggest attractions and sights literally around you – just look outside the window or go downstairs. You are right in front of the Astronomical Clock on Old Town Square! We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!!

Why they chose this property

We love the history and the vibrancy of Prague and consider the variety and quality of cultural events unbeatable.The Old Town has a very special atmosphere; the apartment is in the middle of all the historical buildings and sights.

What makes this property unique

The best is being in the middle of all the historical sights...getting up in the morning and taking a walk on the Old Town square and surrounding streets while there is no one around...very special feeling and very different from the afternoon hours when there are lots of people in the area. In the evening, we love the views of the Tyn's Cathedral and St Havel's church, all lit up. It is so quiet in the apartment that it is hard to imagine that one is actually in the middle of the busiest tourist area. Quite fascinating... We tend to open up the door of the apartment to see the clock of the Old Town Hall Tower - especially when the lights in the corridor are off and one can only see the Tower with the clock coming out of the dark. It is amazing to be in a place that has so much sunlight, that is quiet and everything is literally within few steps (historical sights, great restaurants, shops, theaters etc.)
