Three story, 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, with small garage, beautifully furnished and fully equipped with WiFi and cable. Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children Max.Three decks for nice views of sound and gulf and steps away from the pool. All you need is your toothbrush. Pet friendly for small house trained dog. Please check as certain breeds are prohibited. Minimum stay is 30 days as this property does not allow short term rentals so you will enjoy the peace and quiet. Ideal for snowbirds, travel nurses, military or retirees. The gulf is directly across the street with boardwalk access. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Bike and walking paths.

we enjoyed the winter here the last two years and a great place to exercise with beach walking. Also a long bike trail for easy riding. Loved it

Just love this community!! The best location, great residents. beautiful views. Well maintained grounds. Best sandy sound beach, point lot!! The best sunsets at the sound beach and dock. Definitely a slice of heaven!!

Peaceful stay

We love Navarre and have been vacationing there for years. We were so blessed to have the opportunity to stay an entire month! Pros of the property: The unit is very large with plenty of room to spread out. It has a large dining room table. It's in a great location. It was very peaceful and quiet on the sound side. The complex was very quiet and the pool was fantastic! The kitchen was stocked for eating in with all the appliances you'll need. The air conditioning worked great and the showers were good. The complex is gated and secure. The outdoor shower was also a good bonus. Cons: The WIFI/Internet was abysmal. By far the worst experience we have ever had at any property. We work remotely and travel a lot. The host did work to fix it, but it was a multiple day process and she tried to charge us to upgrade her Internet to an actual working speed. The furniture was not very comfortable. Also the cookware was Teflon and scratched so we just bought a cheap set of stainless cookware at Walmart. So, if that is a concern for you, consider bringing some cookware from home. There was also a lack of food storage containers in the unit. The unit wasn't extremely clean, but it wasn't filthy either. Overall it was a good stay. The Internet was the only major issue we had and the host did get it taken care of.

We had an amazing month long stay! Had a few family with us off and on. WFH was great w good internet. Met some lovely neighbors. We’ll be back for sure!

We enjoyed our winter months at Cathy's townhouse. Very nice, clean and comfortable home, kitchen was well stocked. No problems and Cathy was easy to contact.

Finally bought my dream beach house. I live in the New Orleans area so can only use my unit on a very limited basis. Unfortunately, still working and no plans to move until retirement. Want to share my home with snowbirds or retirees wanting to get away from the cold and snow during the winter months or military looking for temporary housing.

Why they chose this property

My children were born in Pensacola, Florida so every year we come for summer beach trips as this area is considered our second home. Navarre beach is much quieter than Pensacola beach which I really enjoy and no traffic or crime. I looked for over a year to find this property and feel so blessed that I decided to look further than Pensacola!

What makes this property unique

I love this property because they do not allow short term rentals, only owners or long term renters. The property is mostly married couples in the 40-60 age group. It is located in a gated property and very safe and quiet. Paradise Point is on the sound side and has a nice dock for fishing or just sitting and enjoying beautiful sunsets. Directly across the street is a boardwalk to the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful white sands and blue clear waters await you.
