This beautiful and recently remodeled home is located in Grand Navarre development on Navarre Beach, FL, this super cute beach pet friendly house is perfect for your family of 6! This newly furnished home with a new private pool is one block from the ocean and one block from the Santa Rosa Sound.

Find yourself living the coastal lifestyle right across from the Santa Rosa Sound. With the Gulf of Mexico one block south, you'll be able to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and collecting seashells on the shore. This single level home has canal views from the front deck and sound views from the back and is newly furnished.

The fully stocked kitchen also has plenty of seating at the bar and a dining room table for 6.

Both bedrooms have sliding doors that lead to the back deck and also have views of the Santa Rosa sound.

When you're not relaxing on the deck overlooking our pool, you can walk one block south to reach the gulf-front beach on the other side of Gulf Boulevard. You'll be right on the edge of Gulf Islands National Seashore, within the heart of Navarre Beach - including the fishing pier and access to the Navarre Beach Causeway - only three miles east.

Things to know:
*Cable TV is not provided at this property but living room and each bedroom has a Roku smart tv with a Hulu/Disney + subscription.
*Garage not available for renter use.
*There may be construction near any property you rent on the beach. Navarre has a lot of development at this time.

Nice Vacation

We had a very nice time visiting Navarre. This home was at a nice location to the beach. For cleanliness the air vent to the furnace room was very dusty. I was told no one has been there since Dec ( this was end of Jan) but I would hope they would have cleaned before we arrived. There was an egg shell left in the garbage can under the bag. The beds weren’t very comfortable for ourselves and children. After the no refund period we were informed that you can’t open the windows or doors because of the hvac system and if you do and it breaks you get kicked out. Lots of weird strict rules ( only one roll of toilet paper etc). The living room and kitchen were nice and comfortable. Master shower was very nice. It was a nice place but I don’t think we would return due to rules and uncomfortable beds.

Relaxing Vacation!

Beautiful house! We felt right at home. Seamless check-in. Comfortable beds and great showers. Our toddler and Pomeranians loved playing on the front and back decks. Pool was great to relax in after the day at the beach and lighted for swimming once the sun goes down. Grill was an added perk. Well equipped kitchen. Beach and sound is a short walk, or minute drive. All the Gulf Shore beaches are right down the road too. These were great for more privacy and better shells. Neighborhood was nice, and everyone was very friendly. If interested in fishing, check out the pier first thing. Locals caught multiple Mahi Mahi and Spanish while we walked out and back. Lots of good bait for surf fishing too. The far beach in marine park has an easy to access great beach with a sandbar. Was great for our little one.

Vacations Should Be 100% Stress Free

My husband & I have used VRBO many times and always had good experiences. However, arrival day at this property was stressful. It could have been avoided, with due diligence by Property Manager. The Property Manager & I disagree regarding this matter. Therefore, I will leave the details between us, as there are always two points of view. We were happy with location of unit. It would be an easy 5 minute walk to the beach but would require a drive to anywhere else on the island. We chose to rent a golf cart from Sage Paddle Company. Sage is locally owned & operated & they are amazing. Highly recommend!! Navarre Beach is beautiful & relaxing. Not crowded at all. We spent all our time on the beach & never used pool, so I can’t comment on pool. The house could use a thorough cleaning. I won’t say it was nasty but it definitely needs some extra attention. I spent about 3 hours cleaning upon arrival. I completely understand that housekeepers have multiple units and limited time, so I don’t have unrealistic expectations. We did enjoy our vacation but I would not rent another property managed by this Property Manager/Company. Go to the beach & enjoy!!☀️

Not happy

The neighborhood is lovely, we brought a small dog that we had to drive 4 miles for a grassy spot 2x a day. The check out was 9am this interfered with the last day of vacation. I understand rules, but couldnt enjoy the stay due to worrying about additional charges mounting if a guest poped over we could be asked to leave immediately. We were sent an email to pay a 250 pet fee, that I had just opened and asked about it as I thought it s included in the price, understood it was not. 10 minutes later I was texted, pay it now or your dog cannot come / or forfeit your trip. This set the stage for the rest of the trip. Master closet has no closet space, (locked for use of homeowners storage) they want you to hang you clothes on the outside of the closet. The tv is on an side wall? They should move it to the foot of the bed. You might luck up and get propane, we had an empty tank. Pros: private pool, covered front and back porches to enjoy even when raining. Open concept kitchen and den.
