This deligthful detached cottage sits in a wonderful rural location near Waterville, County Kerry, and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Fraoch is a delightful stone-built cottage situated on the edge of the town of Waterville in County Kerry, benefiting from a fantastic location on the celebrated Ring of Kerry. The cottage can sleep eight people in four bedrooms, including two king-size doubles boasting en-suite shower rooms, a ground floor twin, and a ground floor double. The rest of the cottage is made up of a ground floor bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with solid fuel stove. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking available for three cars, and a lawned garden with furniture. Fraoch is a lovely cottage, ideal for friends and family looking to tour this beautiful area.
Amenities: Oil central heating with solid fuel stove. Gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Free-to-air channels, DVD, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for solid fuel stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden and rear patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2 miles.

Enjoy walks along the wonderful Kerry Way or angling and fishing on one of the area’s many excellent rivers or lakes. Take a boat trip to the Skellig Rocks, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy fabulous vistas across the bay, coupled with seeing one of Europe’s best known and oldest monasteries. Other trips of note are Valentia Island with its superb views to Skellig Rocks, Slea Head and the Blanket Islands or a trip to Dingle, or visit the bustling coastal town of Cahersiveen which is only 10 miles away. A great base from which to explore the south west coast, and famous Ring of Kerry.
