Alameda 16-3 Apartment Beach-Old Town

Renovated apartment in the heart of Benidorm's old town, just 150 metres from Levante beach, and 350 metres from Mal Pas and Poniente beaches. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. No lift available.

Cosy and modern 72 m² accommodation surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants.



Third floor without lift (Not recommended for people with reduced mobility or travelling with a baby stroller), has internet access (wifi), air conditioning in the living room, heat pump heating, 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms, 1 Smart TV, iron.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and juicer.



The nearest garage is an optional parking space with an extra charge 350 meters from the Central Market (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day 22 euros, Week 97€, 10 days 128€, 15 days 148€, Month 181€. From 5 days onwards, the weekly pass is more convenient. The cost is paid in the same parking lot and the rate may vary. It is a service unrelated to us and they must contract directly with the parking.



- The key handover and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of Burger King.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

- Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

- Check-out before 11:00 AM

- Smoking is not allowed.

Property was very clean and lovely lovely location! Downside is there is no lift and very steep stairs also you have to pick keys up from a different location and drop them off which I think could be better organised like a key safe

Great, highly recommend will stay again.

Stay was great, was there with children. Great place and highly recommend. The only minus is impossible to park anywhere around, and I hope you got small bags as flat is on the top floor. Entrance is really narrow and staircase is the same width as an entrance. But flat itself is great. So I am counting this as minor inconvenience. Great as it’s got air conditioning and each bedroom got ceiling fan.

Nice apartment for younger people as has a lot of steps and no lift

The apartment was nicely decorated It&#39s at least a 20 minute walk to collect & drop back the key. I was on the 3rd floor with 50 steps and no lift not suitable for an older person

Me gustó que era nuevo ,las dos habitaciones estaban bastante bien, era espacioso y bien orientado ,no se oía ruido por la noche. Bueno, pues es un tercero sin ascensor… Las vecinas de abajo y todo y voceaban mucho y a deshoras…. Y yo la puerta del baño la haría corredera porque el baño es pequeñito la puerta abre hacia dentro es bastante incómodo cuando hay otra persona dentro. Pero a modo de comentario no de queja.

Свіжий ремонт, та вся техніка, це приємно, близько до моря, пляж та море гарні. Локація хороша для вечірніх прогулянок, так як знаходиться у старому місті, продуктові супермаркети близько, також багато кафе та ресторанів. Гучно вночі, тільки один кондиціонер, хоча у всіх кімнатах є вентилятори. Матраци на ліжках не дуже зручні, ліжко у головній спальні досить невелике для двох, у другій спальні одно спальне ліжко, в залі(кімната-столова) диван розкладний може спати двоє. Персонал та компанія дуже принципові це і добре і не дуже. У нас зміню валися обставин, и хотіли відмінити цю оренду майже за місяць, нас не хватало одного дня і вони не згодилися не при яких обставинах. Теж стосується ранніх заїздів та виїздів, усе чітко та принципово. Безкоштовних парковок поблизу немає взагалі, також до будинку неможливо під'їхати на машині, чи таксі, так як він у старому місті, від парковки йти десь 100 м.

Perfekt läge, rent och prisvärt.

Läget och att det var rent. Bra sängar och rymligt. Krånglig incheckning. Hade varit bättre med portkod vid porten och en nyckelbox med kod i trapphuset. Borde varit nummer eller annan markering på dörren. Hårtorken var trasig. Tre branta trappor. En hopfällbar torkställning hade varit bra. Sen såg vi ingen brandvarnare.

Дякуємо за чудовий відпочинок! Квартира повністю відповідає фотографіям — усе чисто, охайно та затишно. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Дуже зручне розташування: до моря, магазинів і всіх основних локацій — кілька хвилин пішки. Відпочинок вийшов на всі 100%! Щиро рекомендуємо! Єдиний нюанс — Wi-Fi не ловив у дальній спальні.

La ubicación y lo nuevo que estaba el apartamento Que no tenga ascensor, pero es lo normal al estar situado en pleno centro del casco histórico.
