Everything was excellent, we loved everything about it .Host was very friendy and welcoming, the amenities were beyond excellent, there was absolutely everything you could think of from coffee, sugar, hairdryer, 2 irons with ironing boards, lots of coat hangers, towels,shower gels and shampoos too much to list. It was fantastic and it was spotless and clean bedding . Location fantastic and the security man was onsite all the time and was also friendly. We will definitely return if available and look forward to many more visits in the future.

Absolutely superb apartment in a great spot to enjoy all that Benidorm has to offer

Apartment was spotless, spacious and very modern...lovely new bathroom and ensuite to master. Loved the location as it was lively, great to be on the beach and easy access to both the old and new town...nearer the old town, which was great as we had our mum with us. The Heartbreak bar below plays live music all day, which we loved Patrizia was a great host!!! Will definitely stay again...

Fantastic little gem!

We stayed for 3 nights and the location was fantastic! We love people watching, so it was great to be able to sit on the balcony and watch. Check in was great with good instructions on how to get in. We were lucky enough to be able to get a late check out and we are most great full for this. Location for the beach is amazing, just down the stairs and you are on the beach. Personally I often find beds in the EU too hard, but there was a room that had memory foam ones, which I was pleased with. The two bars near by, one does good breakfast! Shop just a few doors down to get the essentials. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for helping our stay and celebrations go smoothly!

Amazing apartment!

We have been to Benidorm many times & always try to get accomodation on the front line and I have to say this was the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in. We have just returned from 5 day's in Patrizias apartment and was so impresed with the location which is always a priority but the apartment was was furnished & decorated to a very high standard & had everything you coud posibly need from toiletries to a sewing kit to beach chairs & toys even umbrellas, wich fortunatly we didn't need. But the highlight has to be the balcony huge with dining area, sofa, reclining chairs & a perfect view. Big thanks to Patrizia the owner & lovely Nora who greeted us & got us settled. Hopefully be back next year! Thanks again, Susan! X👍

Amazing apartment

We have just had the most amazing week in this apartment. The host was excellent and made the check in process so easy on arrival and the lady checking us in was lovely. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The highlight was the amazing view out to sea and the overall location. There were so many bars and restaurants to choose from and many supermarkets all surrounding the apartment. The air conditioning was worth its weight in gold too. The apartment was clean and we felt very much at home in it as soon as we arrived. Although the apartment is over a bar there was minimal noise and once the patio doors were shut sleeping without hearing any noise was no problem at all. We loved this apartment and we will be returning ! Thanks so much Patrizia, Nora Olivia and anyone else who made our stay so perfect !

Awesome apartment, ideal for us, but may not suit everyone.

The apartment is located right on the sea front, and is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It has its own access controlled car park for residents. You will get a remote to open the Gate. The beach is 10 paces from the front of the apartment. We do not like to sit on the beach all day. Much better to sit on the Balcony, soak up the atmosphere, and walk out to the sea for a dip. The area is very lively day and night, which may put off some people. It is located directly above Heartbreak Bar, which is the best bar for live music in Benidorm. This is not a problem for us, as most nights we are in there too ! Live music continues to 2am, and the bar closes around 4am. This was made very clear to us at the time of booking, although we were familiar with the area, as we have stayed nearby several times. There are two or three smaller supermarkets within a minutes walk. A large Mercadona supermarket is located in the centre of the old town, approximately 15 min walk. We have already booked again for next year. The owner is English speaking and pleasant to deal with.

The host and other members were absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful, Paolo is the best ! We received a great welcome and lovely to see kitchen/washng items already there. Clean and loved the new kitchen and bathrooms. I do feel I should warn people about the loud music coming up from the bar below. It does not go quiet until 3am at the weekends. We have just spent four weeks here, so we kind of got to know which days and what times the music started and stopped. I manage to get some ear plugs which helped but didn’t completely cut out the sound. The back rooms were a little quieter. I suggest you stay out late. Lounge furniture needs an upgrade not big enough for four adults. But all in all we loved the views and location. Maybe Sky Tv for the nights you stay in?

This is an amazing place to stay with beach views, fantastic location and a huge balcony to watch the world go by. One of the cleanest apartments I’ve stayed in and very well equipped, us 6 ladies would highly recommend this little gem. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now we’ve stayed here.

Prachtig, goed gelegen appartement met groot terras.

Ons verblijf was zeer goed. Zeer goed weer en pracht locatie. 1 klein - puntje en dat was omdat de airco het niet deed. Patricia heeft er alles aan gedaan om het nog in orde te krijgen maar helaas. voor de rest was alles piekfijn in orde voor wat het appartement betreft. Er is ons door Patricia een reductie beloofd van 10% voor de kapotte airco wat toch een zeer mooi gebaar is omdat ook zij er niets aan kan doen. Mooie vakantie gehad en hopelijk tot volgend jaar. Vakantie onder vrienden in Benidorm.

Ons appartement was echt een schot in de roos. Ruim, netjes en alles voorhanden. Gewoon top. Zeer vlotte en correcte communicatie van zowel Patrizia als van Nora. Ook de eerste keer dat de foto's op de site kloppen met de werkelijkheid. We hebben anders meegemaakt. Een aanrader voor iedereen en wij gaan zeker terug. The perfect Benidorm Apartment

We stayed as a group if 4 friends. Check in was super easy, Nora provided detailed photos of what to do as we arrived late at night so we checked in ourselves. Balcony spacious and provides a fantastic view of the sea. There is a bar below but the double glazing does a good job at minimising the noise. You can still hear it but with the air con, its easily ignored. Air con in every room. Washing machine and dishwasher is really convient. Good wifi. Thank you both. We had a fabulous stay.

Lovely apartment

We stayed here as a group of female work colleagues and had a wonderful stay. We had a few bumps with check in and other things, but they were out of the control of the owner. Patrizia and Nora did everything possible to ensure we had a good stay. The apartment is clean and well appointed. Would definitely rent again. Thanks very much!

Prachtig aan het strand en boulevard, maar er zijn altijd verbeterpuntjes

Wij(6 personen) zijn in de flat geweest in juli 2021. Door Corona ging een en ander niet door in 2020(Financieel alles prima afgehandeld) De flat is voorzien van goed werkende apparatuur. De ontvangst door Nora verliep prima, goede en duidelijke uitleg in het Engels. De ontvangst wijn en hapjes zijn door ons zeer op prijs gesteld(Patrizia bedankt). De map met instructies/uitleg in de flat voldoet prima. Op het brede balkon is het heerlijk verblijven en heb je zicht op de boulevard en het strand. Ook de huismeester van de flat is een zeer prettig benaderbaar persoon. Die met raad en advies ons wegwijs gemaakt heeft. Prima schone gangen en lift. De slaapkamer dicht bij het balkon is gehorig met name door de muziek uit de ondergelegen Heart Break Rock Bar. Ondanks deze muziek hebben we prima geslapen. De andere slaapkamers hadden er geen last van. Nu een paar verbeterpuntjes: - De stofzuiger voldoet niet. hij is, ook nadat wij de filters hebben gereinigd, niet in staat zand naar behoren op te zuigen. - Internet is matig. De Movistar box levert 9,7-10,2 Mbps Download, Uploud 1,6 Mbps. Met 6 personen telefoons enz. gaf dat meerde malen korte storingen. - Ik hoop en verwacht dat de door Nora gemaakte kopieën van onze paspoorten en identiteitsbewijzen vernietigd zijn/worden Oh ja, we hebben de standspullen vervangen(200 cm Parasol) en uitgebreid(Twee stoeltjes). We hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad.

I hope you enjoy Benidorm as I have since I was a kid as the apartment belonged to my great grandmother. There are great places to eat, dine for Spanish or International cuisine, to go out and the terrace and front line view of the beachfront is one of the best things it has.

The best is the terrace. You feel on top of the beach. It is the perfect location to come to Benidorm with or without a car and enjoy walking the beachfront. Benidorm is very lively for all ages. With a variety of Spanish and International restaurants, cafés and bars.
