Friendly apartment for 4 persons in a very attractive, calm community area with large pools and well kept gardens, near to the beach. The apartment, on the first floor (with lift), offers an open plan living-/dining area with well equipped semi-open kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (2 x 90cm beds), a bathroom with shower, an open terrace with access from the kitchen and another terrace with access from the living room.
The holiday home is completely furnished and equipped with washing machine, TV Spanisch and TV-SAT German, wifi internet, central air conditioning hot/cold, dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. The beautiful urbanisation Las Dunas Victoria has several swimming pools, children's playground for the little ones and direct access to the beautiful beach. Besides there is a private parking space in the subterranean garage at your disposal.
Calm location at only a few steps from the sandy beach (115m), just next to diverse restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets (400m). The nearest restaurant is on the seafront at just 270 metres from the community area. The village centre of Vergel is at only 7km metres and offers all convenience goods as well as diverse restaurants and bars and also a chemist's.The town of Oliva can be reached by car easily within 10 minutes (8 km), Denia within 20 minutes (16 km). The large shopping centre Portal de La Marina is at 11 km. Oliva Nova is situated between Alicante and Valencia, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.
