On the main floor, which is the ground floor, we find the main bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another bathroom with shower. In the living room there is an air conditioning. There is also a TV with satellite channels and a cosy fireplace. The installation of air conditioning units in all bedrooms is planned before next summer, there is also fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying with the family.
The exterior of the villa is equally charming, with an 8x4 meter swimming pool that invites you to relax and cool off on warm spring, summer and autumn days. The garden has a wooded area that adds a more natural ambience to the surroundings. It also has a covered parking space for one car and a practical storage room where the washing machine is located, guaranteeing a tidy and functional space.

It is located in the residential area of the town of Els Poblets. It is an area that has all the necessary services to enjoy your holidays. You can find restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping centre in the neighbouring town of Ondara, medical services and veterinary services if you come with your pet. You can go to the Almadrava beach by car or walking and you can enjoy the long sandy beaches of the Marina Alta. The golf course of Oliva Nova is only 15 minutes away. A very nice residential complex where you can enjoy different activities.

We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. Would you like to book this service in addition? or would you like to bring your own linen? We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 € / kWh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and the same on the day of your departure.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
