The newly built Villa Klementina is located in the charming town of Krnica, in the immediate vicinity of which is the Adriatic Sea and its enchanting beaches, as well as the abundance of cultural, historical, and culinary experiences that Istria is known for. Villa Klementina is a modernly decorated villa for a maximum of 8 people, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms. All bedrooms contain comfortable double beds, one bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other three are located upstairs. The outdoor area of Villa Klementina offers a private pool, ideal for a refreshing swim on sunny days, as well as a jacuzzi located on the balcony. There are also deckchairs in the yard as well as a spacious terrace with a large dining table. Private parking is available in the yard. Villa Klementina is an ideal destination for families and friends who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Istria!

Das Haus war in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Krnica ist ein kleiner Ort mit einem sechs Tage die Woche geöffneten kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man alles im Alltag Notwendige erhält und den man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Am Ort gibt es drei Restaurants, in denen man gut essen kann. Pula, Labin, Rovinj, Fazana und die vorgelagerten Inseln sind einen Besuch wert und in Krnica Luka kann man wunderbar im Meer schwimmen. Die Umgebung ist herrlich ruhig und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.
