About this space
Located in a lovely countryside location, just outside Exeter, this house is the perfect place to bring the whole family or get together with a group of friends. The property can accommodate up to ten guests and has ample parking for several cars. The interior is finished to a high standard and it is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of space to relax with a large living room, dining area and sitting room.
The space
The house is a large detached house located in the village of Shillingford St George, on the outskirts of Exeter. It is only a 15 minute drive to the city centre and a 5 minute drive to the M5 (junction 31).
You will enter the property through the large wooden gates which lead to the parking area which can accommodate 4 vehicles. The front door then takes you in to the hallway which leads to the living rooms, WC and open plan kitchen/dining room. Each living room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a great meal, including large range cooker and air fryer. The dining area has a large table & chairs, and french doors which open out to the patio; ideal for the summer months. Off the dining area is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor are the bedrooms. There is a master suite with king size bed and large accessible en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has a king bed, as well as a double sofa bed. This room has an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a double and the fourth has a single with trundle which can be pulled out to make a double.
Outside is a large garden which you are free to enjoy. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage or outbuilding.

This home will be yours in its entirety for your stay. There is private off street parking which can comfortably accommodate four cars.

We strive to provide as much information as possible to ensure our listing is accurate. Please make sure you read the listing thoroughly before booking. Whilst we are on hand to assist with any issues during your stay, we are unable to make changes to anything within the home to suit individual needs.
The holiday home is equipped with small hand soaps, toilet roll and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. If you want anything specific, such as liquid hand soap or kitchen roll, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with our team. The earlier you check, the better as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 48 hours notice to our cleaners.
Pass the Keys® provides a high standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned, with hotel-quality linen. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
You are welcome to use and enjoy the outdoor areas. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover.
If the management team are called out to resolve an issue where you are at fault, you will incur a £50 callout charge, i.e. if you cannot connect to the wifi, but you have unplugged the router. Please be aware we will have to charge £25 if you have locked yourself out and we need to attend to help you gain access.

High speed fibre broadband is served to the house via BT.
There is an ethernet connection available in the study, master bedroom and middle bedroom.
TV:
There 2 x Samsung HDI 54 inch Televisions with Sky and Nettfix

The area is quiet and peaceful. Please enter and leave the house quietly and considerately, and be respectful of the neighbours.
