About this property
BUNNY BARN: Magnificent views, hot tub, tennis court, 6 acres, wild bunnies.
Boasting one the most spectacular views in Devon, Bunny Barn overlooks The Exe Estuary, the Haldon Hills, Dartmoor and the folly of Powederham Castle.
Situated in 6 acres of grassland, Bunny Barn offers a taste of luxurious living with an outdoor hot tub and a tennis court overlooked by an arced viewing area equipped with fridge, table and chairs.
Inside this large barn conversion you'll find yourself in an expansive living and dining area with a pitched roof and wooden beams.
2 sets of glass doors open out onto the perfectly positioned decking, enabling you to make the most of this countryside experience.
Sun streams into the multiple windows morning to night. Enjoying a glass of wine at sundown is highly recommended whilst watching the glorious sunsets and of course, the many wild bunnies!
Ebford is located in the heart of the prestigious Golden Triangle in East Devon. It is equidistant between the seaside town of Exmouth and Exeter. Both are only 15 minutes drive away.
Channel 4's 'Village of the Year', Lympstone is within walking distance as is the beautiful historical harbour town of Topsham. Both can be reached via the coastal footpath and cycle path adjoining Bunny Barn.
5 minutes walk away is the award winning Darts Farm, selling a wide range of local and organic produce. There is also a popular cafe/brasserie serving breakfast and lunch, together with a range of teas, coffees and smoothies.
Outside there is a fish and chip shop serving a vast variety of daily caught fish.
Bunny Barn caters for all tastes and experiences. Whether you are after a break to relax, enjoy family time, sight see, engage in sport or even have a party. If you are a keen tennis player there is an excellent tennis court in the grounds with a circular viewing platform equipped with its own fridge, perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
Nearby activities include deep sea fishing and even bird watching in an adjoining top RSPB site.
Sailing, kite surfing and windsurfing are all taught by world renowed instructors in Exmouth.
For rugby fans, England's top rugby team, the Exeter Chiefs, play in the nearby stadium.
There are several excellent eateries along the River why not take a water taxi out to the unique floating River Exe Cafe!
Despite being a wonderful countryside oasis, Bunny Barn also enjoys very easy access, as its only 5 minutes away from junction 30 off the M5.
