Welcome to the apartment, ideally located between the historic Schloss Schönbrunn and the bustling Westbahnhof railway station. The apartment includes a living room and 2 bedrooms (a larger one for 3 people and a small one for 2 people).

The Apartment is located in the 1st floor of a historical building typical for Vienna – built around 1900. The apartment has 62 m² and is optimal for up to 5 persons (small group or family). The larger bedroom includes a comfortable double bed for 2 persons and a single bed; the small bedroom includes a double bed for 2.

The living room has a leather couch, a TV and a dining room area. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator and a dish washer.
In the bathroom there is a shower, a sinks and a toilet. There is also a balcony available.
WIFI is available.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Due to legal regulations, the guests have to enter themselves in an online guest book (name, identification data, address).

Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the apartment.

During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
