Welcome to the Hideaway Apartment by Homie - your refuge within the city.

The kitchen is independent, with an induction hob, equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cookware, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.



The Hideaway Apartment is an apartment located in Santa Cruz, a picturesque city on the east coast of the Portuguese island of Madeira. It is known for Palm Tree Beach and its seafront promenade, lined with palm trees and restaurants. The city's 16th-century buildings include the richly decorated Church of San Salvador and the City Hall, nearby. Quinta do Revoredo, a 19th-century mansion, is currently a cultural centre with landscaped gardens.



The accommodation is located 2 km from Rocha beach - "Three Kings Beach" and just 5 km from the Continente supermarket in the Caniço shopping centre.



Since 2017, we have been receiving travellers from all over the world on our beloved Madeira Island, with the commitment to provide memorable experiences and excellent service.



We started as Madeira Sun Travel, a name that reflected the sun, comfort, and welcoming spirit that has always guided us.

Over time, we realised that we wanted to go further: more proximity, more authenticity, more connection.



This is how Homie was born. More than a new name - a new way of being. Each stay is thought out in detail to be special and welcoming.

Absolutely magical

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It was so close to the major highway and yet peaceful and quiet. The views from the little pathway up to the rock formation were spectacular and on our last night we got a double full arched rainbow. The apartment itself was incredibly clean, cozy and filled with beautiful details. Thank you so much for making our visit to Mediera extra special.
