The lobby may be a little run down, but once in the flat is very nicely done. Little touches around the flat, biscuits and so on were nice and there is a view of the sea.

An escalated complaint was raised under safety/security with your agents and a refund is requested. We were extremely disappointed with this experience as it was not what we were used to, as a loyal VRBO customer - All previous properties were excellent and this is why we returned to VRBO again this year. The agents were supportive and we understand that we will be contacted shortly as regards the points raised. We hope to be reassured that when we book with VRBO in the future, this situation will not be repeated. We look forward to hearing from your team very soon.
