Newly refurbished fabulous two bedroom ground floor apartment to sleep 6. Directly opposite the beach. The property has a bright living/dining space with impressive high ceilings, original wood folding shutters on the sash windows overlooking the Brighton seafront.
The apartment provides a great base to return to after a hard day's sightseeing in Brighton- ideal for family, friends or corporate lets.

The flat is within a 5 min walking distance to Brighton Pier, the Sea life centre, the Brighton zip wire, The Lanes and Peter Pan's playground to the each with beach volleyball at Yellow wave and mini Golf. Also within walking distance is Kemptown, which boasts of a cosmopolitan culture filled with fantastic and quirky brunch venues, cafes, boutique shops, pubs and restaurants.
Amenities in the apartment include digital TV with Netflix option and free Wifi. The kitchen boasts of a dishwasher, washing machine and a mini fridge.

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor level with direct access/entrance, there are two or three stone steps up to the front door. Once inside the property is arranged all on one level.

Central Brighton near all the restaurants, bars, shopping and of course the beach!
There is no on-site parking at this property but you can park in the resident bays from 8pm until 9am the following morning.
