There is protective glass on coffee table and bedroom desk but the glass is not terribly thick so care needs to be exercised when placing cups etc on these surfaces - please use coasters
Please do not keep any dangerous or inflammable goods, materials or substances in the Property, apart from those required for everyday general household use
No parties or events allowed
Please do not smoke tobacco/cigarettes or any other substance in the Property
Please do not burn any candles, incense sticks or light fondue burners, oil lamps (or other similar) in the Property
No pets allowed
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms
Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm
Please respect check-in and check-out times
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture
Please do your dishes, glasses etc, remove from the dishwater and return to the cupboards
