Beautiful accommodations, close to Anse Mitan and restaurants. We drove all over the South end of the island and it was such a great spot to come home at the end of every day. Lots of useful amenities and the pool was a refreshing end to our days. The host was lovely and made our stay wonderful. Would definitely return!

Marie Paule was a wonderful host and easily reachable. The place couldn't be better located with acces to restaurants, shops and a lovely beach. Pool and view were a major plus! Will gladly return.

Home away from home

This is a wonderful property. Ideally located near the beach, restaurants and shops. Property was clean and perfectly suited for this family of 4. The pool was perfect for those humid days. My children played in there for hours every day. Marie was a responsive host and was patient and supportive of us practicing our French. Highly recommend!!!

Très bel appartement, propre et bien équipé. Bien localisé pour la visite des principaux sites et plages surtout dans le sud et le centre de la Martinique. La piscine est un atout indéniable compte tenu de la chaleur. Et l’hôte Marie-Paule est des plus attentionnée et diligente pour toute requête. Son accueil est des plus chaleureux. Formidable vacance et recommandation sans réserve!

Séjour merveilleux. La location est en tout point conforme à la description, la literie est récente et très confortable, l'accueil est des plus gentil et convivial. La vue et la piscine sont vraiment un gros plus ainsi que la proximité de la plage. Si vous venez en Martinique vous ne serez pas déçu par cette location.

An excellent place for an extended vacation. A fantastic view of the town and Fort de France across the bay. Having the pool was tremendous. Marie was very helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend this apartment.

Nous avons choisi la villa “O Villa “ pour son emplacement et la piscine. Les prestations sont conformes à l annonce, nous n avons pas été déçu. Quant à la piscine qui devait être le plus de la villa, elle fut finalement évincée par la terrasse et sa brise du jour où nous prenions tous nos repas. Nous avons passé 4 jrs reposants dans un cadre agréable. Trois points négatifs, la réception des clés qui est prevue à 16h n a pas été respectée puisque nous les avions réceptionné plus d une heure après l heure prévue. Aussi, il en est de même pour la piscine où nous avons constaté qu au départ des précédents vacanciers qui s est fait la veille de notre arrivée, la piscine n avait pas été nettoyée et le moteur n était pas en route. Ce n est que le lendemain, en début d après midi que le pisciniste a pu remettre en état de bain la piscine et remette le moteur en marche. Enfin, notre dépôt de garantie n a pu nous être restitué car il a été perdu. Mais Marie Paule, la propriétaire nous a fait un courrier de non encaissement et nous a remboursé d avance nos frais d opposition. Pour conclure, malgré ces points à relever, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Et Marie Paule est une propriétaire très agreable et à l écoute de ces clients. D ailleurs nous lui faisons un clin d’œil pour le jus et la bouteille d eau qu elle met à disposition de ses convives à leur arrivée.

Maison tres agreable.Piscine super!!Tres ventilee!!

Tout etait au top. La maison tres bien situee avec petits commerces de proximite, resto, bar,activites nautique.... Mais un peu de vis a vis autour de la piscine etant debout et allee garage peu pratique a cause de la montee tres en pente. Aussi le plus embetant etait le signal de la parabole mal regler ou mal orienter et la plus petite pluie on avait plus de signal et donc plus d image. Dommage qu il y avait que 19 chaines d Orange et pas Canalsat mais avec l application Tv Orange on pouvait regarder en Replay des films et dessins animes. Sinon Proprietaire a l ecoute du client.Dans l ensemble on a passe de super vacance grace a la piscine et la douche extetieure. Superbe maison avec tout le confort,les lits sont grands...Cependant une petite poubelle et un lave-main sera un grand plus et une etagere pour ranger les rouleaux de papiers toilettes car on etait oblige de les ranger par terre. Manque un peu d aeration dans le wc aussi. Ce sont des petites choses a ameliorer pour donner plus de cachet a la maison qui est deja superbe en elle meme et bien situer.On a passe de bonnes vacances mon mari,moi et notre petite fille de 5 ans qui ne voulait meme plus partir de la maison et de la piscine. On remercie Marie-Paule pour tout.Vacanciers du 03 au 26 juillet 2019.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre petite fille de 4 ans. L'appartement est idéalement situé à Anse Mitan : 5mn à pied de la plage et 10mn à pied de la POINTE DU BOUT où se trouve l'animation et les boutiques. Le T3 est super bien équipé, il ne manque rien, nous avons usé et abusé du BBQ WEBER ;-) Le vue sur la baie de FDF est magnifique et la piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau ... Nous n'avons rien trouvé à redire à ce logement très propre et Marie-Paule et son amie Lyne sont 2 femmes en or :-) Si nous revenons dans les parages, pas d'hésitation pour nous pour le logement : ce sera ici !

logement ideal pour profiter de la martinique

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans le T3 de la villa pensa.Située aux trois ilets, le logement est tout confort avec 2 chambres, une grande pièce à vivre et une cuisine bien occupée. La terrasse abritée est agréable et la piscine suffisamment grande. Au calme, à proximité à pied de la pointe du bout, à quelques minutes de la plage de l'anse mitan et de la navette pour fort de France, la localisation est idéale. Bonne expérience et bon séjour aux chanceux. Le parking dans la villa est un peu sport mais on s'habitue, le parking dans la rue est possible.
