Elegant apartment recently renovated in a building with a private courtyard overlooking Rio San Severo.



The apartment is on the first floor of a building with no elevator and consists of an open space with a sofa, dining room and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave; two rooms, one with two single beds and one with a queen-size bed; finally, a bathroom with shower completes the layout.

There is a sofa bed in the house.

The building does not have an elevator.



Our guests will have additional amenities such as independent heating, an air conditioning system, free wi-fi, and a washing machine.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
