Beautiful and refurbished Ibicenco style villa with a very spacious and comfortable vibe. Equipped ideal for groups of friends and families wanting that perfect, private space to enjoy their holiday.

The villa is located in a quiet setting with five rooms (three doubles, one twin, and a guest room) four of which have their own ensuite, sleeping up to ten people. Air-conditioning throughout, WIFI, BlueTooth audio system, and a smart TV. The villa boasts a large garden providing you with a peaceful and private space to feel one with nature during your stay.

There is a large private pool with a sun bed chill-out area, simply perfect for lazy days relaxing under the Ibizan sun. This villa also has the luxury of an outdoor dining area that is situated within the shade of the trees, perfect for alfresco dining during the day or carrying on to the evening. To make your stay that much more entertaining, the extras boast a ping-pong court with table and rackets, a wood fire oven, a fireplace and a BBQ.

The location of this villa is ideal. Only a short drive away from some of the best beaches in Ibiza; such as, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida. Supermarkets are also very close by.

- On arrival at the villa a Non Refundable Insurance (NRI) will be collected in cash Euros = 250€. The NRI is used to cover accidental damage that may occur in the villa and is not refundable.

- We are required to collect the Eco Tax, 2.20€/per person (+16 years), in cash euros on arrival.

- Groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed to book. This Villa is located in a residential area and parties with loud music are not allowed under any circumstances.


- This is a residential area, loud music is not allowed after midnight. The celebration of illegal parties, profit or non-profit, will result in the immediate eviction of the guests from the villa without any refund. Authorities will be warned if needed.

- Please note all our villas are well-equipped with a bluetooth speaker according to the sound regulations in Ibiza. Under no circumstances will outside equipment including, speakers or DJ equipment be tolerated on the premises. Penalties will apply and will result in an instant eviction with no refunds being given.

- Late-night (after 8pm) check-ins are charged 80€.

*We provide cots (+60€) and high chairs (+30€) if required.



Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
