House in the heart of Tuscany with A/C and pool!
Elegant and refined cottage located in the small town of Croce, at the foot of the famous medieval village of Lucignano. Excellent location for day visits being at the crossroads between the provinces of Florence, Arezzo, Siena and Perugia. The swimming pool, set in a perfectly manicured lawn, offers moments of relaxation at the end of the day.
Cozy independent cottage that is developed entirely on the ground floor consisting of a large living area with dining table, kitchenette with induction plate, mini-bar (capacity 43 liters), double bedroom (with the possibility of adding an additional single bed) and bathroom with shower, furnished in country style.
In the back of the cottage, overlooking the village of Lucignano, there is an outdoor area with garden furniture. Great attention to detail and maximum care given to guests to ensure an unforgettable stay.
The cottage, located within the property, is the annex of the main villa that occasionally can be occupied by the owners with whom the use of the pool can be shared. The size of the pool is 12 x 5 meters, with depth 1.4 - 1.6 meters.
NOTES: fireplace in living room only decorative, not working.
