In Latin Gaudium means "Joy and Pleasure".
We have shared many wonderful memories in this home and now its time for us to share with you.
What makes this home unique is the contrast between nature and urban access to amenities.
If you are a lover of nature, Everglades, Ocean ,and Florida Keys are places to visit. Brickell, South Beach offer nightlife and dining. You can also just relax and enjoy our resort with its own pool, game room, and spa. See you soon!

This was a phenomenal stay! The house was beautiful and the pool was amazing it was a 10/10 stay! We enjoyed it so much! They left us a sweet Valentine’s Day surprise they were so thoughtful and kind!

Beautiful house in SW Miami

It’s Beautiful upgraded house in very good neighborhood, Amazing pool in backyard. They welcome us with bottle of wine and verify of snakes & Drink. We can definitely book same house if we visit Miami again. Thanks to owners for taking care of 10 Guest of us.

Family holiday of a life time

All eight of us including two young grandchildren had a super holiday, felt very much at home and really enjoyed staying here as a base for exploring southern Florida. We appreciated the extra touches left for our use of flowers, loads of nibbles, use of spices and some basics to get us started, plus the use of gas BBQ and lovely pool. The pool table needed a little levelling, but that's so really minor

Amazing place with Amazing host

this has probably been the BEST rental that my family and I have stayed in. very nice neighborhood, and the property was GREAT. very very spacious backyard, sadly didn't get to use the pool, parking is great if you have 3 or more vehicles, and the house is super awesome. very very spacious nice house, very beautiful on the inside the master suite is huge and very homely. we didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed, but we found the host to be so amazing. I can't wait to go back to miami to rent this place again.
