Masseria Stella del Monte is a prestigious masseria with swimming pool for rent for exclusive holidays in Puglia, in Cisternino, in the Itria Valley. The ancient property was renovated and it accommodates up to 18 guests.
The masseria consists of two units surrounded by a lush garden, which is enriched by Mediterranean vegetation, lawn and equipped areas such as the swimming pool with solarium, courtyards, porches and a terrace with panoramic view on the countryside and the sea.
It is equipped with the most modern accessories such as air conditioning, mosquito nets and hair-dryer int he bedrooms, internet, washing machine and dryer, smart tv, stereo with bluetooth speakers, floor heating system, alarm system with video-surveillance, kitchen with electric oven, espresso machine, toaster oven and dishwasher.
Moreover, there is a large parking area, with three covered parking spots and charging system for electric cars and 15 other parking spots, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower and electric gate.

All around it, a peaceful oasis with swimming pool surrounded by lawn and embellished by decorative vegetation, outdoor sitting area and sun tanning chairs. 
Moreover, there is a patio adjacent to the kitchen, furnished with table and chairs and a built-in barbecue.
Furthermore, the furnished terrace with sofas, cushions, sink and outdoor showers, has an amazing view on the surrounding olive trees and the sea.

The ground floor of the first unit opens into a majestic living room with kitchen. The stairs and the elevator arrives on the upper floor, with 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and the other is a twin bedroom and a studio with a sofa bed. Every room has an ensuite bathroom.
The two units are connected by two trulli with a bathroom.
The lower floor of the second unit consists of a living room with smart tv and 1 bedroom with French-sized bed and bathroom. The stairs take to the first floor, that consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and the other is a twin bedroom, with ensuite bathroom.
Morever, there is a typical and exclusive trullo with independent entrance, divided into three rooms, with double bed and ensuite bathroom.

Masseria Stella del Monte is in the countryside of Cisternino,
in a panoramic position, reachable from an asphalted street. The
masseria is a short drive away fromthe city centre of Cisternino with
its services.
Cisternino is one of the most charming towns in the
Itria Valley, with the streets and squares in the old town centre, with
many butcher shops and restaurants ideal to discover the famous typical
dishes.
The closest beaches are
on the Adriatic coast, such as Torre Canne, Savelletri and the ones in
the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto. The masseria is a few kilometers
away from other beautiful and worth-visiting Apulian towns such as Ostuni, Locorotondo and Martina Franca.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Elevator serving 4 bedrooms.
- Mandatory extra cleaning fee of euro 800 for stay longer than 7 nights to pay upon arrival.
