Beautiful contemporary design villa with private swimming pool located in the sought after area of Ciudad Quesada.The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room with American kitchen, terrace and roof terrace. It is equipped with air-conditioning and internet/WiFi. Outside you have a wonderful garden with your own private swimming pool and outdoor furniture with space for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is no private parking, but you can park your car on the street in front of the villa.In Ciudad Quesada you will find all the amenities you need, including several restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, seasonal water park, 18-hole golf course 'La Marquesa Golf'... And it is less than 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja!There might be construction work going on in the surrounding area.
