This comfortable flat is ideal for all types of holidaymaker and is very centrally situated for an attractive range of shops, golf courses, leisure amenities and the local library. Sleeps four. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Perfect for families, couples and golfers.

The flat is well equipped with lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, full gas central heating, garden with drying facilities and sitting out area and additional front garden.

Accommodation is available for up to 5 people in one double bedroom and a second bedroom with single bed and if needed a very high quality z-bed. Black out curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep. There is also a travel cot if required. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and toilet.

The flat is well-equipped and includes washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Neff double oven and hob, TV, digital docking station and wi-fi.

Private off-street parking now available.

Bed linen, towels and fuel costs are included in the weekly rent.
