A lovely cottage

A perfect cottage in a lovely courtyard. I walked the dogs every day down to the harbour. We had five days of glorious sunshine and made use of all the various shops on our street. Love to return.

Lovely cottage in Crail.

Had a fantastic few days with our dog based at this charming cottage in Crail. Ideally situated with plenty of street parking and easy access to local amenities and the coastal path. The cottage was lovely and clean and was equipped with everything we needed.

Lovely cottage and great location. Well stocked and appreciated the wine and Maltesers on arrival. The only negative I would give is the bathroom. It could do with upgrading and I was worried the toilet would stop working but it didn't.

Perfect dog friendly holiday home

This was a perfect place for us to stay- spacious, pretty cottage, right on the high street, but tucked away via a quiet courtyard that also had rear access via a couple of minutes walk to the coastal path and space to exercise the dog before breakfast and the beautiful, rugged walks around the coast. The Shoregate restaurant is a bit further along on the other side of the high street, the back bar is dog friendly and serves fantastic food at lunchtime.

We have stayed here several times. It is in a perfect spot on the High St. The sockets have been upgraded to include USB ports. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Its clean, great heating, and a huge comfy bed . Enough towels provided for 2 people for 1 week. Lovely towelling robes also provided. We have always had great communication with the owner and we will continue to return to this wee haven to recharge our batteries. Dog bowls also provided for the pooch . Thanks for another wonderful break xx

We had a fantastic time at the cottage, which is perfectly placed for the harbour, shops and surrounding villages.Cottage was ideal for the 2 of us and our dog, with the owner thoughtfully providing bowls and treats for Archie. Having an enclosed courtyard (which is a sun trap) was ideal for us to relax in and allow Archie to wander and say hello to the neighbours.Well equipped and comfortable accomodation - we'll definitely be back

Great place to Stay During St Andrew’s Graduation

We booked this wonderful spot in Crail on the recommendation of our son who was graduating from St Andrew’s and we were not disappointed. Although we rented a car we took the Stagecoach 95 bus to St Andrew’s and back that day/night and it couldn’t have been easier. Both the stops north and south are right on High Street outside the gate to the property. There was ample public parking for our rental car which we enjoyed as we toured the East Neuk and went to visit friends in Glasgow. The Co-op is open early and late and has provisions for all your needs but during the day we highly recommend Green’s for groceries. Breakfast/brunch at the Harbour Gallery & Tearoom, The Beehive, and the Golf Hotel. We missed the chance to eat at Shoregate but it looked amazing. I highly recommend for couples or individuals coming in for graduation who do not want to spend St Andrew’s prices on hotels and housing that week.Tip: if you have a rental car venture south to the Ardross Farm Market, great local goods and eat at the Kinneuchar Inn in Kilconquhar.
