Additional Information

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Pleasant week in a lovely villa

The villa was spacious, with the three bedrooms, bathroom and additional en-suite to the master. Could do with some more utensils for cooking, but other than that a perfect stay. Walkable to local shops, bars and restaurants.

The villa itself is a haven, spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything one could desire for a perfect holiday. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the stunning swimming pool. Whether it was an early morning dip or a relaxing evening swim under the stars, it was an absolute delight.

Lovely new clean villa a bit out of the way in an area of new & partly built properties, some which sadly had squatters in. The bedding and towels were poor quality which let the villa down, no welcome pack or instructions.

Beautiful spacious clean villa

Absolutely beautiful villa. Very spacious and very clean. Keys are left in the box for you to collect and walk in. Pool area very nice with a table and chairs under the shade to eat meals in. Had an issue with the gate fob on the night we arribed, we whatsapp'd and someone came out early the next day to fix for us. Around a 10 minute drive into Playa Blanca. A bit out of the way from the town but can easily get taxi's and it is in a very secure neighbourhood with lots of surveillance! Cannot recommend this villa enough we will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful place.

Very spacious and all facilities that you would need in a home. Myself and my family had an amazing time here. The host we couldn't fault. Straight forward and simple! We were suprised how well this holiday went. The wifi, was quick and faultless, along with a smart tv[youtube, netflix ect] The pool was cleaned, we had a cleaner for the pool midweek and he did so quickly and promptly. We covered the pool each night as requested and the temperature was perfect. I sure hope its avaliable for my next holiday as this is a place I'd definitely return to.Did a few trips to local landmarks such as the volcano timanfaya. El golfo green lagoon and the texas ranch zoo.See you soon hopefully !

When we arrived, we were disappointed to find that the villa was absolutely nothing like the photos. The immediate issue was the kitchen window which had been left wide open, the lock broken which meant we were unable to secure it overnight - unsafe with 4 children sleeping in there. The next issue was the corner of the ceiling where there was a gaping hole and part of the ceiling coming in on itself. The bedsheets were filthy and appeared to have not even been changed since the last guest, they were stained and the downstairs bedroom had an unpleasant odour. The floors were dirty and clearly hadn’t been mopped. The downstairs shower would not drain and there was visible mould on the ceiling. In addition, there was toothpaste all over the bathroom sink which had not been cleaned since the last guests, and hairs and stains in the showers. We were given one pillow per guest which were flat and extremely worn and uncomfortable. The outdoor area was no improvement. The pool was dirty around the edges and clearly hadn’t been maintained for a long time. There must have been a leak in the pool as the water was dropping rapidly and had to be topped up the entire week and hose left on every day. The outdoor flooring around the pool would not drain for the entire stay and was continuously flooding. Sofa heavily stained and dirty. There was no information sheet given regarding local amenities. Overall this was the worst villa we have ever stayed in and nothing like the photographs.
