40 foot luxury yacht on 5* Ocean Village Marina

A wonderful opportunity to stay onboard a beautiful spacious motor yacht moored on the prestigious Ocean Village marina, Southampton. Ideal for couples or families looking for an exciting or romantic getaway. Up to 5 guests. 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Bespoke packages are also available including birthday packages, afternoon tea or champagne reception to make your stay even more memorable. Please enquire for more details of our packages. Make wonderful memories, a unique experience!

The space
Master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with double bed (or 2 singles). 2 bathrooms with toilets, sinks and showers (wet rooms) .. marina toilets and showers also available for you to use and are located on the marina within 300 yards.
Living room area with freeview smart TV, kitchen with full size fridge, electric hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Hot and cold water. Central heating system with additional heaters in bedrooms. Full 240v electricity supply on board with USB sockets. Hairdryer in master bedroom. Additional seating area in kitchen. Large rear lounging terrace with seating for up to 8 guests with table. Table large enough for 5 people to comfortably have a meal. Rear terrace can be open or closed and has heating and ambient lighting. Additional freeview smart TV in master bedroom. Sliding doors can close off the living space to the rear lounge terrace. Additional fly bridge seating area deck on top of the boat with seating for up to 6 people however this is available on request and subject to weather. This will not be available if raining and will be closed off. Towels and toiletries included. Enjoy spacious marina living over 3 decks.

Free secure parking available. (Barrier on car park and 24/7 security)

Most local amenities within walking distance or a short car journey whether you are driving your own car or via local taxi/uber

You will be given a marina pass to access the marina and car park. Please keep this safe and leave on the boat on departure. Loss of this marina pass will incur a charge of £50 for a replacement.
Other things to note

Please remember to respect all our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Please respect the boat and do not interfere with the driving cockpit areas and electrical components. No smoking throughout, and no young children unless you message me and arrange prior to booking so I can give more details. Lastly, nobody other than the guests booked are authorised to enter the yacht unless you arrange this with me prior to booking.

For guests staying more than 1 night, we can do a refresh/service at your convenience and this will usually be around 1pm unless you arrange otherwise. Please let us know if you would like a refresh or not when checking in.

We decided to try something new instead of hotel so booked the yacht. Great experience. Marina and boat were lovely. Lots of restaurants and easy to walk around and explore. Steve and Miros went over and above to make sure our stay was great and even picked us up from cruise port and drove us to airport hotel the next day. Would highly recommend .

Why they chose this property

Ocean Village is known to be the only 5* marina in the country. The marina is beautiful and surrounded with everything you need. Lots of great bars and restaurant's, COOP, Tesco, a cinema and even a spa open to the public. All of these amenities are within walking distance when staying on a boat in the marina. Accessing Ocean Village is very easy whether coming by car, bus, train or plane ….. and of course by boat. Southampton is the home to Ocean Village and is a vibrant city with lots to do and lots on offer.

What makes this property unique

Staying on a boat on a 5* marina is definitely a different kind of experience to most. It suits all age ranges and all occasions and allows people to get a real feel of boating life whilst being only seconds away from a variety of different bars and restaurants. The opportunity to be able to stay on a yacht in Southampton is very rare and I am so happy to be able to offer this unique experience to you all.
