We spent globally a nice stay in this place nice and clean, nearby beautiful piazza di cernobbio. The air conditioning was highly appreciated as the heat is very humid over there.But we found the place quite noisy as it is located in the underground of a street so you can hear people passing in the street and vehicle which can be a problem for people who really need to relax and have deep sleep. This should be notified in the advert.Adding a microwave could also make the place more convenient.We were not fully satisfied by the service as when we arrived there was only sheets and towels for 2 persons when we have booked for 4. Despite our early notification, no effort was made to quickly fix the issue and finally, the goods were only delivered late the day after making our first night and day an uncomfortable experience. No compensation other than kind excuses was offered.
