Lovely apartment in great location. Lots of space and the roof terrace is amazing. A few signs of wear but these didn't diminish from the stay. Would recommend.

From the very beginning, we had excellent communication with Paolo, the host and his manager, Raffaele. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a local residential area with parking down the street. I loved how the bedrooms were split so we felt like we had some distance from our friends staying with us. The rooftop was breathtaking and a great place to spend our down time. We were just a few minutes walk from via Toledo, and the Spanish Quarter. There is also a local shop just across the street where you can buy some snacks if needed.

Stromboli!

Super flat, very near to shops, restaurants and nice places in town. Its terrace is just magic. Napoli is multo geilo!

Nice location

We had a good week in a very nice part of Naples. The apartment has plenty of space, espacially if the weather is warm enough to use the terrace, as the livingroom is part of the kitchen and quite small.Paolo was helpful and gave us quick response to our questions.

A fantastic apartment that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Naples!The Good:• Location: Absolutely perfect. An easy walk to the historic center for sightseeing and surrounded by incredible local restaurants.• Rooftop Terrace: A real gem! It was so nice to have a private outdoor space to relax after a busy day.• Host: Our host was amazing—so helpful in arranging transportation and booking tours for us. It really took the stress out of planning.Good to Know:• Access: The apartment is on the 4th floor with lots of stairs, but there is a small elevator which is a huge help for luggage.• Getting Around: We strongly advise against renting a car. The streets are very narrow and chaotic. The best way to see the city is on foot, and this location is perfect for that.We loved our stay and would happily book again!

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour dans le grand appartement de Paolo.Il est parfaitement situé et permet de bouger à pieds très facilement dans le centre et de trouver tous les magasins nécessaire.La communication avec Paolo et Rafaele a été très facile et ils nous ont apportés des conseils précieux.Nous recommandons sans souci.

Super séjour à Naples

L'appartement de Paolo est parfait pour une grande famille ou des amis. Sa terrasse ombragée est très apaisante après l'agitation des rues de Naples. L’appartement de Paolo est fantastique. Nous étions 5 amis. Chacun a pu avoir sa chambre avec sa sdb et ses toilettes. La décoration est top, l’emplacement est génial et la terrasse très belle et conviviale. Je recommande +++

Découverte de Naples

Nous étions un groupe de 8. Logement très bien situé, près de la piazza Dante. La prise de possession de l'appartement a été un peu pénible avec des tas de clés sans indications....sinon le logement est Super avec sa belle terrasse, les chambres sont belles mais il faudrait revoir l'aménagement de certaines salles de bains.Il avait été mis à notre disposition, thé, café, sucre, viennoiseries, épicerie Tout pour nous dépanner et cela a été fort apprécié...Le propriétaire Paolo est charmant et très à l'écoute, très arrangeant. Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci Paolo.

Très bien placé, superbe terrasse

Nous avons occupé pendant 5 nuits cet appartement avec 3 autres couples d'amis. Il y a 4 chambres chacune pourvue de sa salle de bain qui peuvent être louées séparément et des espaces communs constitués d'une magnifique terrasse et d'une belle cuisine bien équipée avec un espace repas et un canapé. L'appartement est décoré avec goût. L'emplacement est très pratique pour les visites. On est à moins de 10 mn du centre historique et des quartiers espagnols à pied. Et à 2 mn de la gare de Montesanto où passe la ligne 2 et même des trains directs pour Pompéi, ainsi que du funiculaire qui permet de rejoindre le quartier du Vomero. Le propriétaire Paolo ainsi que Raffaele, son gérant sur place, sont très réactifs même si nous ne les avons pas rencontrés. Paolo parle très bien français ce qui facilite les contacts. A notre sens un point d'amélioration possible concerne la qualité de la literie des deux chambres du bas. Nous avons trouvé les lits très mous, mais c'est peut-être une question d'habitude. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement et y reviendrions avec plaisir!
