Public transport is nearby for convenient travel around the city.



The 120 m² accommodation features 3 bathrooms in the shared hallway, accessible from all rooms, 4 double bedrooms (two with sofa beds: one with a double sofa bed and one with a single sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Daily extra cleaning is available on request for an additional fee. Events are not permitted on the property.

Important: The property is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator, but its small size does not accommodate a wheelchair. The property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility who use a wheelchair.
