Lovely place with very easy to contact owners.

The outside area is really beautiful and relaxing, we had a great two weeks in family. The beachs in the surrounding areas are amazing, but a little cold.

Review couple + baby /summer

Nice terrace and large apartment. Lots of noise from a busy street ( due to traffic) , during the day but also at night. You are close to stores and sesimbra though. Good friendly host. Good communication, The bathroom was not cleaned well but that was explained by the host. The shower is a little outdated. The rest was clean. Kitchen fully equipped but no dishwasher. Host arranged a baby crib for us.

Thank you for your comment Dorein. The shower was already arranged, we didn't have time to put it on. Yes it is true that you can hear the cars a little, the apartment is on the main street, and every main street has a reasonable flow of traffic but you have to consider that you have a 3 month old baby and this could also have interfered with your sensitivity to the noises. As for cleaning, as I explained to you, I checked it when the cleaning woman left, but I didn't look at the bathroom drain. From now on I will be very attentive and I appreciate her observation. Come back often, I will be very happy.

Der Check-in hat gut geklappt, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und alles wurde gut erklärt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sogar mit vielen Küchenmessern, Geschirrhandtüchern und Töpfen und Pfannen mit passenden Deckeln! Eine Spülmschine wäre schön! Leider ist die Straße tatsächlich laut und die Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Schlafzimmer. An den Tagen mit über 30 Grad war es im Außenbereich leider kaum auszuhalten. Marinalva plant allerdings den Einbau einer Klimaanlage im Wintergarten. Der Wintergarten und die Dachterrasse sind sehr schön, an den kühleren Tagen kann man schön sitzen und auch grillen. Marinalva ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, auf alle Fragen hat sie umgehend geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Strandstühlen und Sonnenschirm. Wir hatten ingesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Amazing place to stay

Adoramos a casa, tudo muito limpo bem organizado um pátio excelente para relaxar depois de um dia de praia. Boa localização perto dos pontos turísticos e das praias, Califórnia beach a nossa favorita, 10min de carro com parque de estacionamento de direto acesso a praia. Obrigado a Marinalva sempre pronta para responder todas as nossas questões fez nos sentir em casa desde o primeiro minuto até ao último. Recomendo esta estadia e se algum dia voltar a Sesimbra ficaremos aqui com certeza.

Obrigada a vocês . A casa tinha um probleminha de se ouvir algum barulho da rua , duplicamos a porta exterior do quarto e as janelas da cozinha também com vidro a prova de som e ficou muito bom. Mudou todo o conforto da apartamento . Gostei muito da vossa presença e da vossa espontaneidade. Até um dia .

Appartement très agréable

Appartement situé dans un petit immeuble de deux étages avec ascenseur, spacieux et agréable avec sa terrasse très agréable le matin pour le petit déjeuner et le soir pour un barbecue !! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec des propriétaires facilement joignables, très sympathiques malgré la difficulté de la langue . Je conseille !
