Full air conditioning and all amenities (coffee maker, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, 65 inch TV with Netflix and HBO max, sonos audio system). A cozy bathroom with a comfortable shower and bidet. One parking space in the garage. Terrace with a large table for 6 chairs, a sofa and 2 sun loungers. Two large automatic awnings. The breathtaking ocean and city view is free. You will also find many attractions on the premises, such as a comfortable place to work, a gym and a large swimming pool.
