Inside Villa Andalucía, you'll find a fully equipped, separate kitchen with all the appliances you may need, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo and filter coffee makers, a ceramic hob, kettle, and complete cookware for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen is a cozy space that will allow you to enjoy memorable culinary moments.

The spacious living room is also separate and features a comfortable chaise-longue sofa, a television with international channels and Netflix, a decorative fireplace that adds a cozy touch to the space (although its use is not allowed), a dining table that seats 8 people, a selection of books and board games for entertainment, and access to the beautiful terrace.

Villa Andalucía boasts 3 bedrooms, each with double beds (160x200) and built-in wardrobes, offering comfort and privacy. Additionally, there is a fairly spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed with two beds, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the terrace. The villa also features two additional bathrooms, each with its own shower, for added convenience.

The exterior of Villa Andalucía is a paradise in itself. The extensive garden surrounds the house and provides a tranquil and relaxing environment. You'll find a charcoal barbecue area perfect for al fresco dining with friends and family, an outdoor dining area that can accommodate 10 guests, a cozy chill-out area for relaxation and unwinding, and a stunning L-shaped heated pool (heated from 15 March to 15 November) (the cost of air-conditioning is 40€ per day with a minimum of 7 days or 280€), that is perfect for cooling off and basking in the warm Andalusian sun.

To ensure your comfort year-round, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. Regarding parking, there is space for 4 to 5 cars within the property, providing convenience and security.
