Traditional Andalusian country house. Strategically located just 2 km from the towns of Alhaurín de la Torre and Churriana. It’s 16 km from Málaga’s historic centre and 11 km from the nearest beaches. With excellent access to the A7 (the Mediterranean Highway), you’ll be able to visit must-see destinations like the white villages or nearby cities such as Granada, Córdoba, and Seville.
La Casa de los Jazmines, located on an active organic farm, is the perfect place to enjoy country life just a stone’s throw from all the major tourist attractions. A family home, holiday retreat, or sanctuary to enjoy the Andalusian lifestyle. Spacious, bright, and equipped with all the modern comforts you need. Built between 1982 and 1985, and partially renovated last year. Life here revolves around its spacious east- and south-facing porch, the pool, and the pergola area where you can seek shelter from the hot summer days. Surrounded by 800 metres of private gardens. With direct access to a small portion of the estate covering another 1,000 m²: La Huerta de Frutales, where you’ll find lemon, orange, cherimoya, persimmon, pomegranate, olive, and banana trees, among others, which you’re welcome to enjoy during your stay.
The 150-meter house is divided into two distinct areas. On the ground floor, you’ll find the spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a bedroom with a 135-cm x 1.90-cm bed featuring a modern ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with a modern shower. A comfortable kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, with direct access to the porch. From the living room, eight steps lead up to the floor where the other three air-conditioned (heating and cooling) bedrooms are located, along with a bathroom featuring a bathtub and bidet. Two of these bedrooms have a 150 cm x 190 cm bed, and one has a 135 cm x 190 cm bed. To enhance relaxation and comfort in the decor, priority was given to combining restored heirloom furniture, natural fibres, and the warmth of wood against the white walls.
The pool area features an additional bathroom with a shower, where the washing machine is also located. There are areas with lounge chairs and gathering spots around the spacious pool where you can cool off after a day of sightseeing or simply a day of relaxation.
Wi-Fi is 100 MB fibre optic. Outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. Ideal for hosting al fresco dinners and delicious barbecues. An electric grill is also available if you’d rather not light the charcoal.
Committed to the environment, we’ve taken steps to reduce our ecological footprint by using solar-heated water, LED lights, energy-efficient appliances, a water-efficient garden, and a saltwater-chlorinated pool—which is very beneficial for the skin. We ask our guests to be environmentally conscious. Accordingly, electricity consumption is included in the rental price, with a daily limit of 20 kW/h or a weekly limit of 150 kW/h.
The access road is almost entirely paved; only 100 metres of the road are unpaved. The rural house has a parking area for three vehicles.
