Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This fantastic house is located opposite a play park and Cornwalls best outdoor skatepark!

This property really is the perfect home away from home, with all of your home comforts and a fantastic outdoor decking area that turns into an absolute sun trap throughout the day and parking for 2 cars.

Our fabulous Park View house is about a 20 minute walk to the the beach and town and the coastal path is a 15 minute walk.

Park View is a lovely open planned house with double doors that open onto decking. This light and airy space is an absolute sun trap and the perfect spot for your family holiday.

With enough parking spaces for 2 cars - which is rare in St Ives, and a quirky outdoor area with gnomes and a rockery, its tranquil vibe is just perfect.

There is a private walkway at the side of the building which provides a safe space for all of your beach gear and even clean your wetsuits!
