Higher Trowan Cottage is located in the peaceful hamlet of Trowan, a couple of miles outside of St Ives. The views from the living area and garden stretch across fields to the sea.
The property has a traditional granite exterior and open ceilings inside to expose the beams. Combined with interior design touches and a stunning bathroom, Higher Trowan Cottage is the perfect balance.
Enter the property into the open plan living space, there is dining for four, an L shaped kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery.
The living area of this space enjoys fabulous views through double doors over the garden to the sea in the distance, the perfect spot to watch the sky light up at sunset.
There is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, a woodburner to cosy up to and a TV.
The bedrooms consist of the master bedroom which has a king size bed, wardrobe and drawers. The twin bedroom is light and airy with two single beds and storage space.
Outside is a patio area with table and chairs and a BBQ.
Parking is in a communal car park for the hamlet, a 100m walk away (closer unloading is possible).

Trowan is a quiet hamlet West of St Ives. A collection of granite homes, barn conversions and farmhouses, surrounded by fields.
There is a path to St Ives that takes around 30 minutes, partly along the coastal path.
The nearest shops are a 5 minute drive to a Coop in St Ives or 10 minutes to Tesco (St Ives town centre is closer).
The nearest pubs would be The Halsetown Inn and The Tinners Arms at Zennor. Lots and lots of places to eat in St Ives!
Trowan is a rural destination. The nearest bus stop is a good mile away.
Best to arrive here by car or by bike has been known to.
Trowan Lane is quite narrow and has some grass growing up the middle of the lane, usually lower in summer.
The property is on a private drainage system and restrictions on what goes down the drains apply.
The rural location of Trowan means the water is serviced privately via a borehole to the hamlet. In rare instances the supply can be disrupted, a maintenance contract is in place to rectify issues as soon possible.
