Unit 9 - Renovated historical building around 2020, listed on Edmonton Historical inventory, originally built 1912 by Jewish goldsmith. It is located within walking distance of all designation of Edmonton downtown. Five minutes walk to riverside Louise McKinney Riverfront Park, McDonald hotel and Funicular with stunning views. Eight minutes walk to the new Rogers Place for Oiler's game. The area has been receiving tremendous investment from both the private and public sectors as an upcoming area.

When guests brings in pets, guests needs to notify the host what kind of pet. If there are furs dropped, the additional cleaning fee will be applied depends on the work required.

-If there is a lot of furs, it would be 2 hours which is 60 dollars.
-If there is a medium amount of fur, it would be 1 hour which is 30 dollars.
-If there are no fur at all, we wouldn't charge any pet fees at all.

Clean and comfortable enough space. Check in code was wrong and we were locked out at midnight with no response from property manager. Toilet leaks, no spoons available. Bed is very comfortable. Back door to balcony (2nd floor) does not lock.
