This tranquil space offers a cozy atmosphere with its double size super comfortable bed, perfect for a restful and productive stay.

Very clean, minimalist design with 58" Smart TV for guests who value comfort and wellbeing away from home. The building underground system connects directly to LRT Central Station pedway for winter comfort and convenience.

NOTE THERE IS NO FREE PARKING AVAILABLE TO THIS UNIT. However, there many nearby paid parking garages which are located within short walking distance (less than 5 mins) of the building.

🌞The loft is Located near Rogers Place, Ice District, River Valley, Canada Place, Expo Center, financial district, pubs and restaurants. The Unit is well suited to business travellers and holiday makers.
You'll find everything you need to make it a home away from home.

NOTE: NO Air Conditioning in Building, my unit offers ceiling fans if needed.
