Welcome to WowHouse, a design villa of over 600 m² created for large groups, private events, and unforgettable experiences. With its scenic spaces, Lago design furnishings, a wellness pool, a professional gym, and a unique 1980s-style game room, WowHouse is not just a location: it is a place to live and share special moments with your family, friends, colleagues, or your team.


🏠 The Space

Particularly suitable for celebrations, team building, workshops, photo shoots, and video productions, WowHouse combines modern comforts and large convivial spaces.
The villa offers:
• 6 double bedrooms (12 guests included in the base rate; extra guests allowed up to the maximum legal capacity, with supplement)
• 5 bathrooms, including one double bathroom, one with a Finnish sauna, and one with a laundry room
• Large lounges, living room with home cinema, dining room for up to 24 people
• Living room with home cinema and 4K tri-laser projector
• Multi-zone audio systems (according to regulations it is not possible to bring additional audio equipment)
• Fully equipped Lago professional kitchen with AEG appliances, double XL fridge, 4 burners, full cookware set, 55” smart TV, and central island
• Professional Nohrd wooden gym (exercise bike, treadmill, waterrower, watergrinder, bench, wall bars)
• Game room with original arcades, pinball machines, pool table, foosball, jukebox, and board games (some games may be subject to routine maintenance: for information please contact us privately)
• Outdoor Busatta wellness pool with hydromassage, shower, loungers, sunbeds, and night lighting
• Large outdoor area with barbecue and a big table for 18 people, gazebo
• Nearby five-a-side football, tennis, and basketball courts available on request


💰 Prices and Conditions

• The base rate of WowHouse is €2,000 per day + Vrbo fees (15%).
• Included in the calendar price: cleaning costs (€500), maintenance (€100), gardening (€100), pool management (€50), utilities (including water, electricity 25 kW, gas, waste, ultra-fast 2 Gbps fiber ~ €100/day), customer support (10%), lodging taxes (25%).
• For non-overnight guests, management approval is required and an extra fee may be requested.
• Special discounts for longer stays (from 2 days to several weeks), already visible in the calendar.
• Maximum booking: 30 days.
• During main holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, May 1st, Ferragosto, Halloween, Carnival) and in the high summer season (from Easter to the start of school), rates vary according to demand (early booking recommended).

WowHouse is located in a strategic position in the heart of Veneto, just minutes from the historic center of Bassano del Grappa, a city famous for the Ponte Vecchio (a national monument), the Alpini, the Sacred Mountain, distilled grappa, lively squares, its bustling nightlife, weekly events, and refined dining.
From the villa you can easily reach:
• 1h Venice, 1h Verona, 1h Dolomites, 1h Jesolo
• Prosecco DOP area, numerous wineries open for visits with panoramic views, the land of Venetian castles (Marostica chess castle, ancient walls of Cittadella, medieval village of Asolo).

📌 Guest Access and Regulations

• In-person check-in (Italian/English), with signing of the short-term rental contract and guest registration
• Key handover and house rules upon arrival, with a short tour of the villa
• Gym, sauna, and game room available all year round
• Outdoor pool active from late March to early November
• All bookings take place after direct contact with the host: we are always available for requests, clarifications, and information about dates
Due to the particular characteristics and size of WowHouse, instant booking is not active: each stay is approved after a brief introductory message exchange.

• that you are of legal age
• that you do not have other active bookings for the same dates
• that you will be present in person at check-in to sign the contract
