The flat is very spacious and has 1 master bedroom with box spring, a bathroom with bathtub and large rain shower. The tastefully decorated living room is spacious with a comfortable corner lounge and possibility of two single beds. The kitchen is also luxurious and fully equipped. Unwind in this gem!

INSIDE
- Large master bedroom with smart TV and built-in wardrobes. The room exudes tranquillity with its high ceiling and two blackout windows overlooking the surrounding fields.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen island and dining area for 4.
- Cosy living room with comfortable corner lounge, smart TV, board games, storage cupboards and private desk. If there are 4 guests, 2 extra single beds can also be placed in this room. If desired, these can also be put in the master bedroom. This can be agreed in advance or on site with the hosts.

OUTSIDE
A private driveway allows you to enter the property. There is free parking with possibility to park several cars up to the entrance. The domain with its magnificent garden measures 1.5 hectares and is fenced in country style.

There are no direct neighbours. The recent 2018 country house is surrounded by fields, allowing you to fully enjoy the garden. This can be done, among other things, on 2 private terraces with stylish garden furniture and large parasol. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy aperitifs and use the equipped barbecue, overlooking the sheep pasture!

The friendly and good-humoured owners live on the estate and ensure a warm welcome. They are happy to provide all the necessary information on cycling routes, cultural excursions and any other tourist information you may need. They are always there for you and love to chat, but of course respect your peace and privacy.

The historic and picturesque Damme centre is 5 minutes away by car. Starting from the manor house, cycling enthusiasts can also reach Damme and its surroundings via scenic cycling routes. There is bike rental nearby.

Bruges and Knokke are 15 to 20 minutes away by car. Sluis and Cadzand (NL) at 25 minutes. Ghent at 40 minutes. Even Antwerp and Brussels can be reached in an hour!
