Los Flamencos apartment N53

Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, tastefully remodeled. Located in Los Flamencos, one of the original beach front complexes and very close to Puerto de la Duquesa marina and the amenities. The apartment is only a few steps walk from the beach and also benefits from its own WiFi connection. One bathroom has a walk in shower and the second bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. There are two terraces, a small one from the lounge and another larger terrace from the main bedroom that is furnished with a table and chairs and sun bed. The apartment is located on the second floor but please note that the building does not have a lift.



The complex is just a short walk to the marina and has a swimming pool. Please be aware that the swimming pool opening times are from 11:00 till 15:00 and 17:00 till 21:00 and is open from May till the 31st October.

Great location, liked the weekly change of bedding & towels during our 3 week stay. I choose Duquesa Estates for my bookings due to their cleanliness & whiteness of bedding & towels. External furniture very shabby.

Love Duquesa

The apartment was great had everything you needed. Views from the balcony were stunning. It was so quiet. It’s a shame the pool not open all day. Would definitely come again. The fridge is too big, had to tug it open and it wasn’t very cold, couple of small chairs need replacing on balcony. Would be nice if it had awnings, otherwise great.

Great apartment in a great location. Just be mindful there are stairs to climb and no lift. Outside Furniture needs to be replaced as the plastic table and chairs are looking tired and dirty. I had to visit the office with an iron with exposed wiring which gave my son an electric shock. (Iron was replaced) This clearly should have been checked and replaced.

A week in duquesa

Always great dealing with Duquesa Estates - so easy and helpful - much better than dealing with online only options. Great location right by the sea - lovely balcony space to sit out and eat. Kitchen pretty well equipped (no dishwasher for info). Stairs up to apartment weren’t too much trouble but may be too much for less mobile people. A little bit dusty in the bedrooms - could have done with a deep clean - was unusual for us as we have not experienced before - didn’t impact stay. Could be better pillows (with more support). All minor and wouldn’t stop us staying again.
